All products purchased on www.mudandsnow.com are subject to the Italian Law on distance selling (D.Lgs n. 185 del 22/05/1999).

Prices and Conditions

All prices shown on the website include VAT.

All products are available for immediate delivery, unless otherwise specified. In case of temporary sale of all stock or delay, the purchaser will be immediately informed via email or by phone. Mud and Snow reserves the right not to conclude the order without assuming any responsibilities. Mud and Snow shall not be considered responsible for any refund to the purchaser. The purchase contract is to be considered accepted by the purchaser upon the end of the purchasing procedure on the website. However, said contract is to be considered accepted by Mud and snow only after the delivery of the product and once notified to the client through a confirmation email. All items not specified shall be referred to the D.Lgs n. 185 of 22/05/1999 concerning distance contracts.

Illustration of the products

The illustrations (images, technical data and descriptions) are used for illustrative purposes only and they are purely indicative. The products may therefore differ from those shown in the video due to the chromatic setting of the screen (e.g. clothing colour shades). The images are usually provided by the manufacturers and for this reason some products may differ from the illustration due to changes made to the products by the manufacturers themselves. Therefore, Mud and snow shall not be liable if any of said changes affect the features and the usage of a product (e.g. a logo of a different colour, images printed in a different part of the product).

Origin of the Products.

Mud and snow’s commitment is to supply original products under official import control and covered by the Official Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Mudandsnow.com website can be accessed and surfed anonymously. All product descriptions may be consulted, the same applies to the possibility of adding items to the cart to check the shipping costs.
