Requirements needed to Return your goods and obtain the Refund.
In order to receive a refund all products must be returned in the same condition as they were sent. All seals, labels, boxes or original packages must be intact. If this important requirement is not met, the product will be considered as “used” and it will be therefore rejected or an amount varying from 50% to 80% of the purchase value will be withheld, depending on the condition of the returned product.
Please pay attention to the following requirements necessary to return a product:
These products can be returned only if they were never worn and they must not show signs of wear.
They must have their original labels intact (not removed) . The original box is considered an integral part of the product and it must be returned intact, without signs of wear or writing that might compromise its sale.
DO NOT use the original box on the shipping box for the returned product.
Clothes must be returned complete with the original sachet and all the manufacturer’s labels. If the labels have been removed the product will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. Clothes must be returned without stains, tears and/or alterations. We will not accept clothes that have been worn or washed.
Electronic devices, GPS, accessories.
These products are sold in a sealed package. If the package is open (even partially) the product will be considered as “used”. Therefore, the return of opened packages without closing seals and/or the accessories supplied will not be accepted.
Ski, boards and bindings.
Winter equipment must be returned intact and, if any, in its original package (if any). All items must not be used. Any items showing signs of assembly will not be accepted.
Return and refund time.
You need to inform us of your intention to return the products within 15 days of receipt. After this time, returned good will not be accepted.
The refund will be issued within 5 working days after receipt of the parcel (based on the shipping tracking). During these days we will verify the condition of the item and follow the procedure.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Only in case of a bank transfer, please specify the IBAN code. If an invoice was required, a Credit Note will be automatically issued..
Shipping Costs for Returned Goods.
The shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. If you prefer you may choose to pay the shipping costs upfront and will receive the entire refund amount.
